The sins  of the leadership and followership in Nigeria from the foundation of the myriad of problems  affecting the country. This assertion was made by Rev(Dr.) Olaolu Oyekanmi of the Amos World Outreach, the Christian Fellowship Evangelical Mission(CFEM), Moniya-Iseyin, Ijaiye-Orile, Ibadan, Nigeria. ''The major problem of the country revolves around the leadership and the followership. They have committed sins. If Nigerians can easily repent of their sins and change their behavior, activities and attitude, all will change for the better.'' ''The problems are not the change of leadership or change of political parties, but have more to do with the change of mind. If Nigerians don't change, things will not change for the better. Those-in Authority and Those-in-Charge are from different homes. There must be a change,'' Rev(Dr.) Oyekanmi stated. He also disclosed that a three day crusade tagged ''The Only Way to Save you and Nigeria''

INEC-Overcoming the Tests of Integrity Credibility and Transparency

The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has long before the present challenges, established its Information Technology Department(ICT) for the efficient and uncompromising deployment of Information Technology tools in the electoral process. In addition, the computerization of the voters' register has been accomplished, while the transmission of election results by VSAT, and HF Radio and posted results on the Commission's website as the vote counts to be recorded on the field, has equally been achieved.
However, the compostion of this constitutionally important organization ought to include socially mature and distinguished indivudauls who have trakc records of meritorious service in the public or private sector. But, sadly, this may not be the case presently. Furthermore, employees of the INEC are supposed to be of sound mind and ought to possess the mental balance to function effectively in the organization. Of worry is that thier conduct in the 2019 General elections proved the contrary. Interestingly, the talking point among Nigerians is the alleged secret pact between the leadership of the electoral body and Those-in Charge on the expected outcome of all elections-in-view. The agreement revolves around the prohibitive cost implication of these elections and the need to avoid frictions in the process of playing out the script. Indeed, the manpower base of the INEC at the center and 36 states must be overhauled and re-invigorated for Nigerians to have confidence that the 20203 General elections shall overcome the tests of integrity, credibility and transparency.
